By booking or attending a workshop, event, or class with Eclipse Art Creations, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
All bookings must be made in advance through our booking system or approved booking channels.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Workshop places are limited and subject to availability.
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedule requests.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled workshop may be eligible for a credit or reschedule at our discretion.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop, or non-attendance, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If Eclipse Art Creations needs to cancel or reschedule a workshop, you will be offered a reschedule or credit.
Workshop bookings may be transferred to another person with prior notice to Eclipse Art Creations.
Transfers are not permitted within 48 hours of the workshop start time unless approved by us.
Our studio is a creative, inclusive, and respectful space. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
Participants must follow all safety instructions provided during the workshop.
Eclipse Art Creations reserves the right to refuse participation or remove attendees who fail to comply with safety or conduct expectations, without refund.
Art workshops are creative experiences and results will vary between participants.
No refunds or credits will be provided based on dissatisfaction with individual artistic outcomes.
Photographs or videos may be taken during workshops, including images of participants and completed artwork, for marketing and promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, you must notify us by emailing eclipseartcreations@gmail.com prior to or during the workshop.
Participants attend workshops at their own risk.
Eclipse Art Creations is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought into the studio.
Personal information collected for bookings (name, phone number, email) is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Contact details are used only for booking-related communication and not for marketing.
Eclipse Art Creations reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
